OUR STORY
Ready-to-potter
One thing I am always sure about life is learning, and it's journey that brought unexpected fruit
which claims a piece of my heart.
After I came out from a corporate job about 10 years ago, I started learning designing and sewing clothes, out of curiosity. I always have a passion for fashion, since young. It was a wonderful year where I learn and work on a dream I always have. Though I didn't pursue further, it never left me, and never will be.
Ready-to-"anything" became a way of living.
And in pottery, I found much to cherish. The journey is unraveling as we speak.

O-NI-GI-RI
a beautiful stroke of SERENDIPITY
O-ni-gi-ri was an accident. That day, the clay wasn't dry enough and my hands wasn't light enough. A little nudge turned into an irreversible new discovery. A new form was born.
After wheeling, I use the curve of my palm to sculp the rim of every pieces. Not just to give a unique shape but also to register a dynamism into the memory of the clay, give each piece a story and memory to be shared.

A person is not one character.
A dish is not one flavor.
A music is not one tone.
A sky is not one shade.
We all are a collage of random moods.
